My machine stopped working I called in and reached Daryl. He is great with no nonsense just got right down to the business of getting my machine up and running again. Very satisfied! Thanks Hypervibe I love my Vibrating machine.

I think one of the best things Hypervibe does is the follow up after receiving the machine at the house. They have called and asked if we are experiencing any issues, need training or would like to review any of the many options that are available. It’s just great to see someone (company) take an interest in our health and purchase besides just taking our money. Nice job and keep up the good work.

I have owned my G17 for about 2 months. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase. I am 68 and my wife is 64. The G17 helps with pain management for both of us. You can get hooked on using a Hypervibe because it makes you feel so good. The G17 comes loaded with several exercise plans if you want to experiment or you can stand on the machine allowing it to do all the work. Customer Service from Hypervibe is first class. In fact they call you to make sure the mmachine is working for you. They have a trainer available to coach you if you. I hooked mine to the WIFI and it has updated itself as new things become available. Based on my pain relief, the G17 is well worth what it cost. The G17 is built to last in commercial use.

I have been using the G-17 Pro Hypervibe since it was first introduced and its first need for repair was courteously handled by Daryll of the customer service dept. As a polio victim who had corrective foot surgery, I have found the G 17 a godsend to relieve stiffness and circulation problems. If you are a golfer (I'm a fanatic) the massage setting in the Relieve and Revive program is a fantastic way to get a pre-round warm-up and post-round loosening as well. I cannot say enough for the way my Hypervibe has helped me physically. It's nice to find a company that produces such a fine product and that obviously takes pride in treating its customers with courtesy and effectiveness.

HyperVibe stands behind their product. My G17 machine stopped working after 8 months. I contacted Daryl at HyperVibe who mailed a replacement part and also found a local technician. The technician promptly set up an appointment for installation of the new part within a few days. Thanks to Daryl and Shon my HyperVibe is working again. Life is great with HyperVibe!!!!

I love how I can feel my muscles working while I'm on my G-17 Hypervibe. Depending on how I stand, sit, or have my hands resting on the platform of the machine, I can sort of guide the vibration up into my body. The "workout without actually working" I get feels thorough and as a senior citizen, I've appreciated how much just standing on this machine has improved my balance and leg strength. The company has been wonderful too: I like the easy to follow, built-in routines shown on the display screen but had some very specific questions about exercise movements I could perform for my personal needs. To my surprise, a half-hour phone consultation with a Hypervibe trainer was included with my purchase. When I had all my questions ready, I scheduled a time with Debbie and she was amazingly helpful and really seems to care. I also had a very good experience with a service tech when there was a problem. It was taken care of right away. I did a lot of internet research before investing in a new piece of exercise equipment because I didn't want to spend hard-earned money on something I'd regret and there's a lot more I can say but I can't say enough good about this G-17, as I am very happy with my purchase!

Daryl was very patient with me getting my machine properly connected to bluetooth so I could use my mini v2 with my iPhone. He went beyond the normal by downloading the programs in the app and demonstrating them to be. Service personified with Daryl. Thanks

Service and support was fast, friendly and efficient. I had no difficulty assembling the G 14, exercising on it. Deb's phone support keyed me into specific exercises for areas I wanted to address.

Tried the other brand at Costco then come home and researched and found Hypervibe and began to understand the focus on frequency capability. The videos on youtube are slightly dated but still relevant... convinced me that this was the brand to invest in. Ordered a G10 and from that moment i have never experienced customer support at such a high level, shipping info, emails, numerous phone calls following up to insure questions answered, trainer support - wow ! the machine is ROBUST, no rattles etc, very solid. The control system is super cool with the animated exercises and Ive never felt more invigorated. Highly Recommend.

I received my Hypervibe G10 earlier this year and I love it! I previously owned a Bulletproof Vibe and I have to say the G10 from a performance and flexibility perspective hands-down beats the BP vibe. The G10 is much quieter and does not shake the house the way the BP model did. My husband informed me that the BP vibe would vibrate so much that he could hear and feel it on the second floor of our house! Helpful because I like to use it early in the morning while others are sleeping. The G10 is lighter weight and easier to move then the BP vibe, a huge plus for home use. I love the timer and vibration speed of the G10. The BP Vibe has one switch that turns it on or off. That's it! The Hypervibe G10 allows the user to determine vibration speed and intensity, as well as a choice of various times. When I initially began working with the G10 I started at a lower intensity and shorter intervals, those have increased substantially over time. I also love that I can set the G10 to run for an extended time whenever I choose. I do a variety of exercises with the G10, calisthenics, yoga, pilates, stretching and relaxation. My husband has a bad hip and he uses it for simple relaxation and pain relief by standing or sitting in the platform. The remote capability via phone or remote control is a nice addition too! I find that I don't use the remote often but I may in the future. The ONLY con I can come up with in comparison of the Bulletproof Vibe to the G10 is the size of the platform. The G10 is rectangular and the BP vibe is square which does allow for some cross legged sitting for stretching, etc. This is not a huge drawback, I have compensated for this by using yoga and pilates blocks to accommodate my needs. The G10 is hands down a more superior vibration platform than the Bulletproof Vibe and I'm just thrilled with it. I highly recommend that if you are considering vibration platforms for home use you consider the Hypervibe G10. I believe it is the best in its class for price, size, flexibility and noise level! You won't regret it!
