Love the product with the exception of the remote. You can't set the time to 10 or greater minutes from the remote, you have to set it on the base. The remote only does seconds. The speed (up and down) buttons are very close to the power button so I often hit the power button when trying to adjust the HZ (speed) and if you do you have to reset and start over again, it doesn't just pause it stops. I usually use an iPad to connect via bluetooth, which is the best option but often the remote is just more convenient to use, especially for my wife. Other than that we love our hypervibe. We first purchased a LifePro Rumblex Plus 4D but we weren't impressed with the results, not even a comparison to the hypervibe, which is in a different league.

I'm just getting acquainted with my new G10 that I received a few weeks ago. The delivery was quick and the delivery person delivered just where I wanted it in my home. The written instructions were very helpfull in getting it up and running. Getting it connected to my phone via blue tooth was a bit challenging for this 88 year old but with your additional writtten instructions, I was able to get it loaded on my i phone. Thank you. I just have a few simple questions that I would like to ask a live person and have requested a phone call several times over several days. Much to my disappointment, there has been no response. I'm beginning to wonder about the "exceptional service" that is stated in the email I am reponding to. There was no problem getting to talk to a person when I was ready to purchase. This is my only reason for rating Hypervibe as a 4 stars rather than a 5. I am still waiting for that phonw call!

Good and bad about the hypervibe. The good is that we love the machine - it has truly eliminated back and knee pain after only a week of using it. The bad is that the remote does not work well, the bluetooth does not always connect to phones to be controlled by the app, and controlls on the hypervibe itself do not always workl.

I would just like to say so far my experience with Hypervibe and the support has been excellent. I hope to really use it to it's capacity now that it is a new year, but so far the lower back pain relief it has provided beats nothing else, without drugs.
