“I’ve been using Hyperwolf since before they were called Hyperwolf and I love the service and all but the flower is always so dry, is there anyway you could bring back the little freshness packets? The new glass jars help but the dryness of all the flower is so disappointing now days. Flower in general lacks the sticky icky funkiness it used to have so anything you can do to improve the freshness, taste and smell would be a beautiful thing.”
