“Unprofessional staff , first provide wrong price of the car to as well as to their finance department, get the finance quote agreed on what I will be paying every month on HP , day before pickup received a call that I was quoted wrong price of the car 🙃🙃🙃🙃 how competent is the staff who doesn’t even know the price of the car , all time the sale guy Hannad was pushing me to buy all the 💩 tyre insurance , gap insurance, alloy wheel insurance & sign the contract without even go and test drive the car , today I went from Cheltenham to north London Hyundai 3.5 hour train and I saw the car had scratches and paint jobs done by unprofessional, laker was peeling off from the front number , that car should not be on approved used Hyundai , they want dealer price but car condition was rubbish , long story short I waisted my whole day coming and going and just walked away and left the car I would not recommend that dealer at all , have deal with main dealers before but this one is not even deserve one star ⭐️ rubbish”
“I ordered my mobility hyundai bayonet 2025 in August 2024 and was due to pick it up on the 16 of November 2024 went to collect the vehicle which was not ready got a courtesy car cause they knew they messed up on there end now am having problems with this new bayon 2025 the car engine sign keeps coming off it can't use wireless services to connect your phone connection the car feels like it's an old car which my least would up tomorrow”
