“Ordered two sets of ear pods in 15 January via an advert on Facebook. They took £29.98 on 16 Jan from my account, never received an email confirmation of order nor any goods. Can not contact them as no details. Internet searches show clients complaining that it’s a scam and phone number is dead.”

“I ordered these headphones as a Christmas present and they took over a month to get to me, at one point I thought they'd never arrive and that I'd wasted money on this product. I wasn't updated on where the package was throughout my order which I thought was very poor. They finally arrived with no warning that”

“Waited for over a month nothing turned up . I email to find out where my ear phones where only to be told they would reimburse my money less £8.00 delivery so another email to tell them delivery was free and why should i pay for a delivery when i never received any thing in the first place!!! NOT VERY HAPPY”
