“I ordered these headphones as a Christmas present and they took over a month to get to me, at one point I thought they'd never arrive and that I'd wasted money on this product. I wasn't updated on where the package was throughout my order which I thought was very poor. They finally arrived with no warning that”

“Waited for over a month nothing turned up . I email to find out where my ear phones where only to be told they would reimburse my money less £8.00 delivery so another email to tell them delivery was free and why should i pay for a delivery when i never received any thing in the first place!!! NOT VERY HAPPY”

“I purchased a pair of Air Pods from i7pro. A little concerned when they didn’t arrive as stated, so sent an email and they responded to say they’ve been shipped. They arrived eventually so that’s a plus. Regards to the product. Put it this way, I’ve now purchased a set of original Apple ones! The battery life is awful, literally lasts around 30 mins once used from a full charge. I’ll probably end up throwing them in the trash once I find them in the bottom of one of my drawers.”

“IPhone wireless ear buds. These are as described and come in a great little charging pod. However they only hold charge for about 2 hours. Sound quality is OK. Very slow delivery from I7Pro just under 2 months, I was about to take action to recover my money. when they arrived. Very poor communication from I7Pro. after contacting them by email few days to reply and only stated they had been dispatched (still took a month to arrive). No tracking information supplied, their website details never changed. Will not be using again.”
