“Compré un libro para un regalo de cumpleaños el día 19 de octubre por 40 € + 6 euros de gastos de envío. Supuestamente, la librería arobase livres (perpignan, France) lo envió el 21 de octubre. Tenía una fecha estimada de llegada de 4 a 6 días laborables, es decir, el del 28 al 2 de noviembre como tarde. Al pasar estas fechas y ver que no me había llegado, me puse en contacto con la librería que me dijo que lo había enviado por Le poste sin número de seguimiento pero que ya lo había enviado y no podía hacer nada.
En iberlibro me dijeron que pidiese un reembolso, pero claro, para pedir un reembolso tenía que devolver un libro que no tenía . Hoy a día 4 de noviembre no tengo ni el libro ni el dinero ni respuesta ni por parte de Iberlibro ni de la librería.
Pésima atención y pésimo servicio. Desde luego te recomiendo comprar aquí si quieres perder dinero y tiempo.”
