Paid for a board from Icarus valued at £525.00 although this order qualified for free delivery, i was charged £85.00 for shipping to Wales UK. I reluctantly accepted 85 pound charge. I was informed by Icarus 4 days later, that they had not sent board, and required a further £150.00 for shipping!! total for shipping to UK £235.00 nearly half the value of the order. Received an unhelpful email from LOUIS saying shipping was because F-one 162.5 x66 was oversized shipping and "feel free to let us know if we need to cancel". A friend of mine had F-one board of similar size delivered to address 10k from my location free of charge one week earlier! If ICARUS need to charge for shipping they need to say so on there website,not lure customers in with promise of 'FREE SHIPPING' in the first place!! Not Happy!! Cancelled Order.What a waste of time!

Hi Michiel, We read your review about our webshop and we regret your experience. Something must have gone wrong, because we did reply to you on the chat on July 19, which was marked as 'seen', and when you contacted me again on July 24, I replied via e-mail the day after. Maybe this ended up in your spam folder? Finally I also e-mailed you again directly on July 26, but also did not receive a reply so far. Still waiting for one part of my order (Kite pump). Sent an email 8 days ago to check-in, no reply yet. Very unsatisfied about the struggle for one simple order
