“Unfortunetly I have received a lightly marked wetsuit on the back, the neo ( on an hyperfreak 3/2+) was crushed enough on a 15-20cm band that i decided to return. I know hyperfreak are fragile , as this order would have been my second hyperfreak in exactly the same size and thickness . I could not take the ride to get early infiltration due to this défaut. Bad expérience for me, just guess it happens.. i had my refund in 10 days”
“Hi Icarus team, still waiting for two articles of Order #15175 two weeks after order confirmation and though the two articles were indicated as on stock… I am currently Kite-Surfing on vacation and would have required those two missing articles… hence I am only medium satisfied… thanks for directly sending the harness and leash… for the lycra and wet-suit I will have to be pacient until my next vacation… please double check logistics on those two missing articles of Order #15175 and inform me about your shipping plan to improve on customer service.
