“When I first ordered it, and received it, it was not good at all, it was green. But once I contacted them they corrected it and sent it overnight as it was needed ASAP, at not extra charge to me. It was great”

“When I created my labels it said it would ship in 1-2 days. Only after I had completed my purchase did I get a notification that I would not receive my labels for 9-12 business days. It has been 7 business days and my package still has not even shipped. Horrible misleading customer service. I called and was told there is nothing to be done. The labels were completed within one day. Why wouldn’t they be shipped immediately??”
