“I haven't even received the package yet and the tracking tool only shows an update from 7 days ago. Very frustrating. While I can understand that iCustomLabel doesn't control the Korea postal system nor the US postal system, I feel as though you have not done anything to try to find out what has happened to a package that was purchased on 12/2 but has yet to arrive as I write this on 12/ 20: 18 days.”
