“The transaction was fast and easy, the label printed by next day and I would rate that as very good, however shipping is poor. For some reason the item was shipped UPS on the 11/26/18 and I've have still yet to receive it and it's already 12/03/18. Tracking says it's still in NY. 3 labels could have been placed in a small envelope and shipped via USPS for the cost of a stamp and it would have been here by now. my point is this, the reason I created the label did not make it on time for the party it was meant for.”

“I did a custom water bottle label so it took some work on my part. The navigation was pretty easy designing it. I had trouble figuring out how to save it in my cart. I clicked on several of the buttons but the design was always "saved for later"and I couldn't figure out how to put it in my cart. I did end up calling the number on the site and someone help me right away and even did it on their end for me. They told me how to do it and it worked well. I am very satisfied with this site”
