“Paid for next day delivery and it didn't turn up on time. Rang them and I did get a refund for the delivery cost with no issues. They also sent another set of curtains. Unfortunately when they arrived they weren't the right colour for what I wanted. I returned them. Free return and refund done within a couple of days. So reasonable service.”

“Played for next day delivery, they arrived 5 days later. They got back to me very quickly after I contacted them. All happy now was a glinch. They happily played back the postage.”

“I had searched high and low for a white valance sheet which covered both my mattress and divan base and succeeded at Ideal Textiles Ltd. It fit ok but when I had washed it and put it on my bed I found the stitching was coming undone at the bottom 'hem' but decided not to return it. It was not as white as I had hoped but for the cost of it I don't think I could have expected it to be a bright white. I cannot, however, fault how long the delivery was, coming within the agreed time. This was the first time I used Ideal Textiles Ltd.”

“Although the colour in the picture looked and was described as Duck Egg, a pale blue, the cover came across as sea foam green. I am not unhappy as sea foam is pretty so will keep it but it is not what I wanted. I had wanted a light blue cover to go with my Blue tapestry but instead have light green. Maybe the description and photo should be updated.”
