I asked if a purchase could be sent a week after it would normally be sent out and if nit i wouldnt make the order. I was assured 3 times yes that would be fine. I go on holiday and low and behold said item was delivered unsuccessfully twice.I was lied to just to get my order. Om furious i asked 3 times to have delivery after 5th May. I better get the order on Tuesday!!!

Operator said I couldn't cancel as their system didn't have that option would have to wait for delivery then return.

ordered a remote plane for a birthday present , it was supposed to arrive approx 5 days later after 2 weeks i contacted them they said its been dispatched i must take it up with the delivery company , delivery company could not locate it Ideal World said id now have to wait 30 days , completely unhelpfull , plus missed my sons birthday . never never again

It would be possible to fit the hoover in my personal car which is a One Series! Again they had to reschedule delivery, stated in the email they had to try and locate a bigger vehicle such as a HGV to deliver my item effectively due to the colossal size of this hoover.

Ideal World slick presenting quick to take your money, however delivery and customer service ZERO.
Maybe they should ask QVC how to treat customers, they could learn a lot from a well run company.
I like many will NEVER USE Ideal World again, money/profit put before customer service
