Purchased a heated throw , it stopped working after a very short time ( so well into guarantee)Phoned customer service to be told they are the new Ideal World so they won't honour the guarantee. However they have the orginal presenters ! How ever convenient . Will never use them again. The actual tv programme is unwatchable anyway , shocking graphics and poor stock anyway. Avoid , avoid , avoid .

Such a shame. Loved the old Ideal World. Great presenters, great products, excellent customer service and really good value for money. Just a load of over priced tat now. Awful ! 😞

Ordered a flosser which didn’t arrive after 10 days, so o emailed the customer service.

Waited 12 days for mirror dash cam sill not received it customer service engaged if I can't get though I will take it further quick enough to take orders and your MONEY the ones who take the orders can't put you through to customer service never buy anything of this mob again

Ordered on Sunday shut down on Monday so now I'm 179 out of pocket with no response no product no correspondence from this company what about my money you have taken and given me no explanation. Just take a customers money and run discusting service

Customer service at ideal is nothing short of disgusting they keep saying they will phone you back and they never do sort it out now taking legal action as they are sending in the bailiffs for an item i do not owe

FAULTY and rubbish customer service I emailed you as recently as purchased Spear and Jackson 5L Sprayer but it doesn’t spray.

If leanard can replace wrong items sent to me asap he did on his computer why can Luxary replace again wrong items sent to me saying it’s up to the warehouse to make that decision !! What I’ve paid for 3 bengaline trousers but I must take it to Asda which I have no problem only parking ticket to be paid for and you won’t help me with your mistake then to confuse me more Luxary said they will refund me !!! I just want a replacement so how can 2 customer service agents have different rules !!!! And as a customer I’m still blocked because I made a mistake on their credit easy pay ? Which I can’t remember as I’ve always from years ago always paid and been a good customer so things don’t change !!! I felt there was no understanding from customer agent today unlike last time

What has gone wrong at Ideal World? Called customer services last week to pay off eight flexi pays and have them new cards details.
