Ikea returns is not customer friendly, in fact, they have no care for customers! I started my exchange process September 3rd and have submitted photos of the issue 8 different times at this point (It is currently September 23rd)! Every letter I get now, asks for photos, which I have provided. They are either inept or just stalling. Horrible experience! NEVER AGAIN AT Ikea!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE.

If you are buying some thing, make sure you were going to keep it! Because the returns at the store take anywhere between 40 to 1 hour! Do not think you can go on your lunch! Imagine I went in a Monday at 4pm and my wait was 40 min for a return.

I decided to go in and help with their short handedness by grabbing the items myself and taking them to the customer returns desk.

I was then informed, that even though my package was delivered 2 weeks earlier, it wasn't processed until 2 days ago because they had "other returns.
