Absolutely nightmare experience unprofessional management very arrogant Place my order at store last month still haven’t received my full order I’m spending at least 2 hours a week speaking to customer service regarding my order last time I requested to speak to manger name LA extremely arrogant and rude no experience

I ordered a kitchen with transportation and assembly included, but upon delivery the delivery man refused to take the products to the house, stating that "he is not paid for this service".

This is disgusting service from such a large company and since then I have looked at their reviews and it’s a very bad picture.

I have received very poor customer service and am very disappointed with Ikea, who seemed not to listen to me.

Purchased some lightbulbs that was clearly priced £0:10 each, later at home checking the receipt I noticed I had been charged £1:50 each and buying 10 meaning £14:00 overcharged, I contacted Ikea customer service who were a waste of time, they even asked if I had taken a picture of the price on the light bulbs (who would) they then said they can not do anything and said go back to the Sheffield store to see if they can help but this would cost £10 in petrol to have an argument.

Ikea ordering service is severly broken 1, Order placed to value of 12k euros 2, items advised as not available at time of order are not paid for or reserved to forfill customers orders .

Horrible customer service as well poor quality. Their customer service agents promised to ensure results and customer satisfaction. That didn’t happen. I had to call their customer service dept 4 times in the last 2 weeks. They also partnered up with task rabbit to work on the assembly. The task rabbit assembler flaked on me twice. Overall, the worst experience

If buying anything from Ikea, do not rely on their delivery service. They change delivery days by whole weeks on the day of delivery, without warning or apology. Totally messing up installation plans for kitchen. Very amateurish organisation.
