“ Absolutely nightmare experience unprofessional management very arrogant Place my order at store last month still haven’t received my full order I’m spending at least 2 hours a week speaking to customer service regarding my order last time I requested to speak to manger name LA extremely arrogant and rude no experience ”

“ Purchased some lightbulbs that was clearly priced £0:10 each, later at home checking the receipt I noticed I had been charged £1:50 each and buying 10 meaning £14:00 overcharged, I contacted Ikea customer service who were a waste of time, they even asked if I had taken a picture of the price on the light bulbs (who would) they then said they can not do anything and said go back to the Sheffield store to see if they can help but this would cost £10 in petrol to have an argument. ”

“ If buying anything from Ikea, do not rely on their delivery service. They change delivery days by whole weeks on the day of delivery, without warning or apology. Totally messing up installation plans for kitchen. Very amateurish organisation. ”
