“In common with other sites of this type, much the same as any other.”

“Took a while to process my item. Was also disappointed that I was given a lesser amount than what was quoted - apparently it had lots of visible scratches. As a brand new item which has been sat in a box for 12 months I know it didn't. Nevertheless, I accepted the amount as their prices are more competitive than other companies.”
