“Price as advertised. Item took a while to arrive, although quick payment once item received. This could be down to Royal Mail so can't fault the service received here. Smooth transaction.”

“I found an old iPod whilst clearing out my loft, whilst i didn't think it would be worth anything i tried at iLectronics Ltd and the were happy to buy it from me. In the end they gave a fair appraisal of the item and a fair price, they then quickly dispatched a packet for me to post it to them. The whole experience was almost effortless.”

“Offered best price for trade in on an ipad2. Opted for their return package option, package was slow coming, 7 days. Package was not really suitable for posting an iPad, so had to add packaging and also pay extra for insured, signed for delivery. Hence only 4 stars!”

“very efficient service good communication through process a little disappointed my device was worth less than i thought as it had a sticker over home button which was reported as not being removable, even though one on a similar item came off with no problem, however i could have had the device returned to me free of charge but I decided to just accept the lower offer in the end to save any hassle”

“The quote process was simple (unlike some other sites) and the valuation was better than others. The pre-paid envelope arrived two days later and the original price was paid into my bank within a week of visiting the website without any creative deductions. Great service. Will use again.”
