“I will use their website only when all photography equipment dealers are dead in the world. They are highly unprofessional. They list even those items that they don't have in stock, collect money, and sit on it for several days, and when you call them, then they disclose that they don't have it in stock. They don't respond to emails & tickets you create, orders leads to an error page after payment, you don't get any confirmation message, order don't show up even after successful payment, website says that they are available on toll free number from 9 AM to 8 PM, but the call disconnects until 10:30 AM and then for 30 minutes more, it doesn't get picked up. Chat support has no clue about anything. The whole experience is a nightmare.”

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company, specifically regarding two recent orders I placed.
Firstly, regarding order number 0644309111 for the SmallRig 3083C Cage for GoPro, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of action taken by your team. After waiting for 4 days without any progress on the order and facing unresponsiveness from your customer service line at 1800-258-3138, I had to resort to posting a negative review on Google. Following this, the owner of the company contacted me, promised a refund due to a dispute with the courier company, but it has now been 9 days and I have yet to receive the refund.
Secondly, with order ID 180530... placed on 16/06/2024 through your subsidiary company cinemacenter.in, I am facing similar issues. Despite providing an order tracking link from Shree Tirupati Courier Services Pvt. Ltd., my attempts to check the status of my order have been met with extreme unprofessionalism and abuse from their staff.
This experience has been severely disappointing and has led me to believe that your company's operations in India should be reconsidered.
I have attached relevant screenshots for your reference.
I urgently request a resolution to these matters and a prompt refund for the initial order as promised.”

“My experience with IMASTUDENT was terrible, I ordered CFexpress 128GB (2) card on 30th September 2023 and on 10th October 2023 I recieved a blank box no card inside the box and following up every day and they are just telling me we are investigating. It has been many days now. Today is 16th October 2023 and I didn't receive a card or my money. I asked for the refund or send me card they told me we don't have refund policy. I am really exausted with all of this. I have to file a FIR against IMASTUDENT and I hope consumer court will help me in this. They are already wasted my time and money. I will not recommend Imastudent to anybody they are not reliable. Try to buy at nearest store or Amazon atleast they have open box facility and refund policy too.”
“Worst experience with them! First thing they won’t respond to your mails, very lazy staff.. and when you call them they won’t pick up ! N number of times you should mail them or call them, I placed an order and they did not even turn up to pick there order .. they took 4 days just to pick up the order from the end date. Worst part is they will not credit the security deposit amount!!! They take he’ll lot of time to credit your amount . It’s been 8 days still amount not credited. Never ever going to place an order again with them. Be careful if you have 1 month time to waste place an order with them !”
