Ltd., my attempts to check the status of my order have been met with extreme unprofessionalism and abuse from their staff.\r\n\r\nThis experience has been severely disappointing and has led me to believe that your company's operations in India should be reconsidered.\r\n\r\nI have attached relevant screenshots for your reference.\r\n\r\nI urgently request a resolution to these matters and a prompt refund for the initial order as promised."
