“Hi, I have been taking these for 2 weeks and hopefully they will not only be effective but save some money with these being combined. One thing I would like to comment is the packaging . I feel it's excessive, the size and cost of the packaging could be less extravagant which would /could reduce the overall cost. Christine James”

“so far i notice absolutely no difference, dont feel better or worse, i feel like taking vitamins i usually eat a lot cleaner, so tend to feel better when diet improves. you are what you eat so i think good diet is the king, all the vitamins in the world cant out do good diet and healthy lifestyle choices. not convinced about ordering these again yet.”
