I did in a in-store refund the 5th December at Incredible connections East Gate
When I follow up they refer me to head office. Head office tells me they haven't recieved the documents from the store the store then says no they have sent them.
It's over a month of up and down, and still no solution.

I ordered a tv online, completed payment and recieved an email confirmation. They emailed me to update my account name and surname to match the id picture for the tv licence which i did just for them to email me again saying the product is out of stock. Now a refund takes 7 to 14 days
