I would rate them zero stars if I could. Spend R30k on an iPad. Their tracking is a joke, their customer service is useless and snarky and when you do get an sms from their courier saying your package is out for delivery that day it does not show up! Worst company ever

I urge that a governing body investigates this operation and have them update their returns policy to be more suitable to the products they sell.

No one answers your customer care phone. 5 days in a row. each time holding for 15 odd minutes. no one returns calls after many emails. no delivery and your online tracking does not work. very poor customer support and bad service
