No one answers your customer care phone. 5 days in a row. each time holding for 15 odd minutes. no one returns calls after many emails. no delivery and your online tracking does not work. very poor customer support and bad service

I ordered a tv online, completed payment and recieved an email confirmation. They emailed me to update my account name and surname to match the id picture for the tv licence which i did just for them to email me again saying the product is out of stock. Now a refund takes 7 to 14 days

They delayed my delivery and are don’t want to give me a refund. It’s been 10 business days since I placed the order and they are promising a 2-5 days on their website.

I was really impressed with the service i received from Incredible connections east gate by branch manger Nash who went out of his way to assist with a purchase. Even though they didnt have stock he made it possible for me to collect from another branch. Excellent service 👏
