First, I absolutely love the rug. It's great quality, soft and the colors are perfect. I am 100% pleased with the entire process from ordering samples, return and refund of samples and receiving the final rug ordered. The communication was top notch. An e-mail was received with every step in the process. I would highly recommend working/ordering from Incredible Rugs and Decor. I will certainly order from this company in the future.

Ordered a sample - and while the sample was pricier than other sights, it was very prompt and getting a refund was super easy. Given so much is online these days and retail stores don’t always have these rugs in stock - this is the best way to shop!! Thank you Incredible Rugs and Decor.

Positive experience with this company! I ordered a rug sample and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The return/refund process for the sample was seamless. I haven't ordered the actual rug yet, but when I'm ready, I'll likely be ordering from this company.

Love my rug! It’s so rich in color, a statement piece for my entry way. It is stunning. The customer service is 5 star. Love how you can get rug samples and return them for a refund .

Had a few questions so called before placing my order. Talked to Robert who was very helpful in answering those questions. I placed my order because of his knowledge of the product I was ordering. I am a see, feel, touch kind of person so ordering on line is something I rarely do. I feel more confident now that what I ordered will be what I want but if it isn’t, I can return for refund.

Once the order was placed, and IRD also realized that they no longer carried the rug I wanted, they emailed me with an immediate refund and found several alternatives that were close in style and color to my original purchase.
