“The agent Mr. Sandip was extremely helpful. We bought tickets from the website but tickets could not be issued due to non availability of seats after paying for the ticket online. So the reservation was cancelled and the money was refunded. Sandip got us tickets from a different airline. He was very friendly , courteous , patient and very professional. He was on the phone and worked with us to get us the dates and times according to our requirements . He is an asset to the company that he is working for . He gave us excellent service and we are very happy with him”
