“Leonard was very helpful and followed up with me throughout the ticket reservation process. Even though I got ticket email confirmation, he called me again and made sure that I got all my reservation was confirmed. Great job and very good customer support and I always book my India trip through IndianEagle”

“Excellent service by Prem. There was a cost issue and he worked patiently with the backend in mitigating the issue. There was constant follow up with updates and I felt comfortable all along the process. He is an asset to any team. Appreciations to Prem and Indian Eagle team”

“Booked/rebooked Air India tickets with Indian Eagle and part of it talked to agents - Anil, Chandu, and Sheik and everyone of them were helpful. Chandu in particular was very helpful as I tried to upgrade my ticket and he helped me cancel existing ticket and book a new one. I am hoping the issues others had with refunds were fixed as I was promised a refund in 3-5 business days. Other than that, the service was great.”

“I found a very good deal on the website and when I had to reconfirm the itinerary,I called the customer support team and the agent was so helpful, he explained the itinerary in detail and helped in answering all my questions regarding the itinerary. He also guided me through the process of booking and helped me book my ticket. I will for sure return to indianeagle to purchase my tickets in future.”
