“Excellent solution to completely replacing all 16 of my windows The cost was 28% of all new windows. Window fit was excellent. 9 of my windows were 36x55 inches. My bay windows were 21x 55 very large and very odd sizes. Great job !”

“I am very happy with Indow. I am a therapist and am very interested in having a quiet room. My windows were very old and very porous. Someone told me about window inserts - so I decided to use Indow. Using window inserts was something very new to me - so I was unsure initially. Indow made everything very clear and created a very simple and thorough process. My initial salesperson was very helpful. As I proceeded through each step, I found it very understandable and doable. There were both written and video instructions. Now my windows are so much better at blocking the sound! I barely hear the traffic and people talking out front - which was quite regular prior to the inserts. Sounds outside could easily have distracted a session as my client and I turned and reacted to a loud sound. Now I forget it was even an issue and take the quiet for granted. I highly recommend!”

Cheryl, Thanks for the review. We are seeing a growing trend with professionals in homes and offices turning to us to limit distractions related to noise issues. From music engineers to folks such as yourself whose work is often dependent on an environment conducive to constructive, non-distracted interaction. We are so glad the inserts are working and the whole process was as easy as we have built it to be. It is amazing what a little quiet can do, right?

“After doing a little research on window inserts I decided to take a shot with Indow. I was a bit hesitant but the whole process was super easy and I had all the support I needed when measuring the windows. The shipment was faster than quoted and everything showed up without any damage. the inserts themselves were amazingly simple to pop in and back out as needed. Now for the best part, Living in new England fuel costs in the Winter (Oil) can be pretty rough. During our first Winter with the inserts we ended up saving $3,000 on our oil costs year over year! to say I was a bit surprised while being ecstatic would be an understatement as this represents about half the cost of the actual inserts! This also means that after using them this Summer while running the A/C during the hottest months and again next winter, the inserts will have paid for themselves in a single year (2 winter seasons) of use. I would say we got a big bang for our bucks and would recommend these inserts to anyone else interested!! 10/10!! Side Note: I worked with Reed on my inserts and he was fantastic!!”

Bryan, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave such a thorough and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate the words for support for so many of the aspects we aim to excel at. It can be truly amazing how much savings can be attained through the use of our inserts. This is especially true when, as you mentioned, the cost of heating oil is involved. You also bring up a point that most do not think of when it comes to energy savings: the cost of A/C. Because our inserts help regulate temperatures in the home throughout the year, the savings (and comfort) is maximized in every season. We are not surprised that you received great service from Reed and others during the process, but we truly appreciate it being recognized. Thanks again for the feedback. “The product is as advertised. Packaging of the Indows was impressive and the quality of the product is solid. We are very pleased with the look and effectiveness of the Indow. We purchased some for our home and after seeing the product and how it works, we are going to order more for our other rooms. Customer service has also been impressive. The Indow group is very focused on keeping you informed and addressing any questions/issues. Highly recommended!”

“We are extraordinarily pleased with our Indow privacy inserts. Our house is a new build, and on one side we have square transom windows through which we could look into our neighbor's house - which means, they could look into ours as well. Not good. We looked at several options - window film, blinds, etc. None of those was a good fit. After a lot of looking, we settled on Indows for those windows, along with a large pane window in our primary bathroom. The windows let in light while the opaque finish obscures the view from the outside. The measurement process is precise, ordering is straightforward, they arrived undamaged, and were easy to install. And, they look great. We're very happy.”

“I am extremely pleased with my window inserts. I use one of my bedrooms as a music practice room (sax, clarinet). Before the inserts, my wife walked outside and said "it sounds like you're playing with the windows open." After the inserts, she walked outside and said "she couldn't hear a thing." HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!”

“I'm delighted that the cold air can no longer sneak into my house and I immediately noticed a reduction in noise, though that wasn't a big concern for me. Inserts arrived safely and we installed them without much hassle. I would have liked more updates from Customer Service as to the progress of my order. I received an "in the queue" email but then nothing at all, prompting me to contact Indow. And I'd suggest following up to upsell your customers...storage materials perhaps?”

We're always working to streamline some of these communications, so it's very helpful to hear. In terms of storage sleeves, we discontinued them due to the materials not being as durable and affordable as we'd like - we may reintroduce some version of that in the future, so it's certainly on our radar! “INDOW Window inserts have blocked about 60 percent of the powerful low noise from my neighbor's mal-functioning air conditioners. I no longer have to move from my bedroom to the couch in the living room to sleep peacefully! I was warned that this kind of sound might not respond to the inserts (which fit beautifully).”

“We absolutely love having our Indows. Our home was built in 1910 and still has wood and cast glass windows. In one month of use our winter (February) heating bill went from $530 2022 to $330 2023. Well worth it for our old leaky home.”

“Terrific product - we built a frame to create a space of four inches between the exterior and Indow. The installation was as explained in the videos. The hardest or most concerning part of the process was measuring - massive hassle if I got it wrong. However, with some practice felt comfortable with measuring and the fit is spot-on. Would recommend to anybody looking for noise mitigation and uv protection. We purchased the uv product and yet enjoying insulation and noise prevention.”
