“Absolutely love our outdoor sauna! Top quality craftsman cedar finish, the smell when you open the door from the cedar is something I can never get bored off and has soooooo much space it’s just amazing in every sense. Installing it due to it being so large wasn’t the easiest as we needed a fair bit of prep work done first, however, Insignia really helped in orchestrating The delivery and making sure all the parts were labelled for easy assembly. Overall it’s a great product (MXOS3000) and certainly a show stopper every time somebody sees it.”

IT IS NOT TRUE!! Spent a lot of money,in
good faith to find many leaks, missing
and faulty parts:
Customer service is disgusting. Accuses
customers of" throwing water around
and not knowing how to use shower'
Very rude and abrupt correspondence.
Solution offered= "put sealant around"
(The exact thing their marketing says
you wouldn't need due to their unique
design!)
Ignores requests to return for a refund.”
“Paid £1600 for a whirlpool shower enclosure. Cheaply made and the tub shell cracked after only 6 years so need a full replacement. Thermostatic valve started leaking after 2 years. Do yourself a favour and purchase a different brand!”
“Fantastic shower! Bought the 900x900 platinum steam shower and the build quality is nothing short of excellent, easy to assemble and the online videos certainly help. The steam function is bang on, gives off loads of steam, and with the added benefit of the aromatherapy, it's very relaxing. Top job, one of my better purchases of 2023.”
