Product is advertised as "leak free"
IT IS NOT TRUE!! Spent a lot of money,in
good faith to find many leaks, missing
and faulty parts:
Customer service is disgusting. Accuses
customers of" throwing water around
and not knowing how to use shower'
Very rude and abrupt correspondence.
Solution offered= "put sealant around"
(The exact thing their marketing says
you wouldn't need due to their unique
design!)
Ignores requests to return for a refund.”
“Paid £1600 for a whirlpool shower enclosure. Cheaply made and the tub shell cracked after only 6 years so need a full replacement. Thermostatic valve started leaking after 2 years. Do yourself a favour and purchase a different brand!”
