“Back on, like I said. I never had my order accepted whilst my mate had his ...thought like other reviews I was getting done over, was annoyed at myself. Sent about 3 emails to them, I got a reply back on the Thursday around 3pm to send proof of transaction. Was sent to the royal mail the following day and just arrived. Okay it was about 4 days it should have arrived but least i wasn't money down.”

“I’ve used this company for years and have always recommended them however I am having quite a bad time with them just now. I paid for an order that they never acknowledged, then they sent half an order and now I should have received an order 3 days ago which I received a tracking number for but it’s been sitting at “We’re expecting it” and now there’s no post until after New Year. The worst is they aren’t replying to any of my emails. I want to keep using this company but I feel if they don’t at least reply to me I’ve had enough of losing money and being ignored. I’ll happily leave a better review if this is sorted out but I’m starting to feel they really don’t care. Real shame but I can’t afford to throw money away anymore.”

“I’ve used this company for years and they’ve always delivered. Lately orders have taken slightly longer to arrive but that’s expected due to strikes. I’ve tried to order this week but I can’t get further than adding items to my basket, just says page isn’t found. Has anyone else had the same issue?”

“although i read these reviews i went ahead and placed an order, it was overall a great experience. Emailed straight after i made the transaction to see if they received the payment, they replied within a timely manner saying they had and order is being processed and will be despatched. Later on the day received tracking and then on Friday (Next day) i had my parcel. I did not spend much as i was seeing if the company is legit but after this experience i will definitely going back”
