“Download was a sheet of paper stating that there was an issue with the download. Clicked the link in the download that directed me to another website and have yet to get a response. Contacted this company about the issue and they were no help at all. Beware of scamming on this site. Downloads are not checked for authenticity and they throw their hands up if anything goes wrong. I will be opening a dispute.”

“Shocking Pitiful and Horrendous customer service! I contacted customer service, because a payment came off for my purchase and your platform showed an error returning me to the basket "unpaid", however the item was paid for and money left my account! So I now paid twice because customer service is incompetent and doesn't know what is going asking me for a different email address all the time when I only have one email! Shocking! I will be spreading this disgraceful service on social media!”
