It was the cheapest for me so had no choice but when I called in to buy the policy they bumped the price which was not a great thing.

Decent insurance company for a year. When it came to the renewal of my policy, they believed they had offered a relatively good deal. I had shopped around and advised them that I can cut my bill down my 2/3rds. They offered my virtually the same deal. I declined and am now using my no claims bonus with a different company that have given me a much cheaper quote then my previous insurer offered

I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE MY RENEWAL PAPERS SENT BY POST, AS I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER AND AS I AM OF THE OLDER GENERATION I LIKE TO SIT AND READ THE PAGES, AS MY EYESIGHT IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT WAS, I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO READ ON MY LAPT TOP. I DON'T DO A LOT OF DRIVING AND I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE A LOWER PRICE FOR THE INSURANCE, I HAVE NEVER HAD OR CAUSED AN ACCIDENT. I AM HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AND THE LADY I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THANK-YOU FOR THE SERVICE OVER THE YEARS.

I like that all the documents I need are saved online in an easily accessible e-portal. However I haven’t been too impressed by the £50 phone bill I have been stung with for setting up my insurance

Not much to say had a few issues over the years we have been with you a while but because you use bookers you ask the same thing all the time and we need to prove our seleves every time gets a bit tryer some when you are at an age

Ive been with you for four years not out of choice and to be honest i havent had the best experience hence the 3 star, if however the rating was for a specific customer service rep it would mate Arron Jassi, 10/10 across the board, professional, understanding, helpful, friendly, everything you want to be for a face of a company, true asset to your company, should hire people with those qualities, went the extra mile and paid off for me

All the details which were completed online were asked for again over the phone which took a very long time. I was put on hold at least seven times throughout the process. However, the price was unbeatable and the chap on the phone was very pleasant.
