The service over the phone was not saficient enough which made me to complain. The cimpany have addressed my complaint swiftly and dealt with it professionally.

Although I have chosen your company, but I paid more than the quotation I got online, which was really annoying as I felt I am stuck with a take it or leave it deal.

I'm new with this company and i will expect a good quality service and the opportunity to receive good offers . This is a specialized insurance company and good at providing insurance but prices were not matching online and when spoken with staff more charge was added which I am sure is additional and included in the online quote. Therefore I ended up paying over 200 pound more although all the details were same as added online. Possible to get the extra changes to be refunded?

The quotation comes up while searching, don't believe on that. It always go up once you phone them up for various reasons
