The quote on Compare the market was not the final quote. I think they give a low quote to get you to accept it. Only co. to charge admin for a plate change after 10 days of ownership. Good point. You speak to someone who can understand you, as you can, them.

Hi I am not happy with this because I am a new driver very hard to pay this much on car. And one more think to say when I put insurance on my address its too high but when check for my working place its very cheap. Why this much different. It's not my fault to stay in this address

Hello Thirumagan and thanks for your feedback. All UK motor insurers calculate their premiums based on where you live and not where you work. We are a broker and we do not set the premiums on behalf of the insurance companies. we have a panel of insurance companies and will always look to provide you with the best price from that panel, based on your personal risk information.

The procedure for the processing of the insurance is too long couple with calls transfer to various agents. Online price is eventually not realistic as there are additional costs added to the premium making the premium to become so high. Late payment charges of £30 is rather too high compare to other insurance companies, it should be reviewed accordingly.

Altogether Im going to pay more than 4000 pounds fot a single year and I expect not better the best service but I haven't received any documents after 10 days of initial payment just a temporary cover note.ofcourse Im not happy with you

Hello Ugur, it's Jonathan from IYM. If we have paid your premium over to the Underwriters of your policy then we are reliant on the Underwriter returning the refund to us before we can pass it on to you. Refunds can take up to 40 days to be finalised but are generally completed much more quickly. Thanks for your feedback. Jonathan

There is a lack of communication by email. I sent all correspondence by email and there was no reply to either my emails which is very disappointing. Now today I received a letter stating missing documents to which I am appalled.

Apart from a good telephone manner, someone isn't organising the documents I keep sending them, by post and email. Third time I had some send them key documents, and I keep receiving cancellation letters. It's not that hard.

to get confirmation if my policy is start active after sending them all the required documents, so have to call every time to get confirmation. Very slow. Also they gave us 7 days short time period to send them all required documents they haven't been aware that to get the NCD from previous insurance provider take 15 maximum days. Not very happy

i just started with your company. only what i can say, is your phone operator forget send me email with all informations. and i had to call you again and ask it for it. lady on phone was very good and solve my problem in two minutes. that's it, hopefuly whole experience will be great for both our sides :) have a beautiful day.
