“Very dissatisfied with your service. Having purchased various insurance online over very many years I have ALWAYS had access to my documents within minutes. You have taken the money but have not even followed up with a confirmation that the insurance was in place. I was even having doubts about being scammed! It took a phone call to find out that the documents were being posted to me - over a week later and they still have not arrived!”

She has advised me that they have emailed duplicate documents to you today and have also posted them for your convenience. The original set was posted to you on the 29th April 2016.
