“I was having extreme difficulty insuring my car as my previous insurer cancelled my policy due to failure to send the correct documents. It was ridiculous what they were asking for as they had been my insurer for years. Once I explained my situation to Anthony @ insure your motor he did an amazing job and did everything he could to help me and fight my corner. He was brilliant”

“Quick, easy, good price (but) But telephone to company is too expensive . and different price with qout that you see online when you speak with someone the price will be changed”

“The staff were very polite and knowledgeable and my insurance was nearly £2000 cheaper than Hastings insurance, I had just passed my test and was quoted an extra £2500 pounds more onto my insurance and I had already paid £560 for my comprehensive cover on a provisional licence for a 56 year old and I ended up paying just double what I had paid but I had £3000 pounds excess on my policy so it is still more than I expected but a lot cheaper than any other”

“I received a phone call yesterday asking for me to send some documents back over that you hadn't sent me, I was told I would receive another email with the missing information on, I still haven't received this.”

“The quotation comes up while searching, don't believe on that. It always go up once you phone them up for various reasons”

We ask our customers to telephone us to allow us to validate their information to ensure we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer and price. The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different during the validation process and our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase.
