“I dealt with `Lillie` from the renewals team. after a first year nightmare, Lillie ensured the service I received was superior and did everything possible to help me throughout the difficult process. Every conversation / dialogue, was polite, empathetic and caring towards my situation with a friendly and bubbly personality. Fantastic service on a 1-2-1 basis outstanding and happy. Although disappointed with the overall price of my renewal, the service was excellent.”

“I kept calling for 3 weeks to sort one simple issue out. They make me wait and then cut the line or promise to call back and don't. Recently I spoke to Karla and after 40 minutes the line was dropped. They lie and make false promises.”
