“They have me one price and then changed me double the prices.”

“Everything went wrong. Customer service does not answer the phone. And now when the Insurance has expired I am receiving on regularly basis e mails and sms messages that I haven't return telematic device. And I did. And I did send a proof that that tracking device had been send by the post as you requested. Nevertheless emails sms and wornining of panellists just keep coming and I don't know what to do. So please help me”

“I'm constantly having to produce my insurance details to the police every time I go past a ANPR, Due to my insurance companies incompetence in not updating my details uo the MID. Insurance was taken out 10 days ago. Total nightmare”

“Third class company. Un reasonable prices. I applied as main driver with having license for over more than 3 years and added my wife as an additional secondary driver who was holding full driver licence for around 4 months and they did not questioned it while purchasing the insurance policy but when i purchased it , they cancelled the insurance policy saying that your wife is a new driver. SO does that means that new driver cant drive the car even though they have a valid driving license. What s shame!!”

“What a complete waste of time. I am looking to insure my new private lease car and after AGES filling in the form, the site came back with ONE quote for £11404.86!!! I am trying to insure a Toyota, and no, it's not made from solid gold or diamond encrusted!”

“I searched for my car insurance here, answered all questions and had a quote for £1056.00. I could not buy online and when I called the company to buy the insurance the price went from what I was quoted above to over £1500.00 with a £3000.00 excess.......Found it much cheaper elsewhere....”
