Staff helpful and friendly on the phone. I was insuring a property in Egypt and had problems with supplying the full address but your staff contacted the underwriters and put a temporary solution in place in order for the insurance to become active.

When I rang the lady was very helpful and polite. Also compaired to other quotes Intasure's was very competative.

All very efficient. However, I do have one issue. I insure a number of properties and when you receive renewal quotes / policies, it is difficult to establish which (insured) property it is for. Please include this information in the covering e mail / letter Mark Trattles

I tried phoning 3 times and each time was bumped around departments and then hung up on! Was getting very frustrated so chose a different option and got through to a real person! Once through the process was simple and the agent very efficient!

The representative that I spoke to when I wished to renew my insurance was very helpful and accommodating and went through all the endorsements on my policy and we talked through them all. They were all very standard and the renewal price was good. It is good to know that there will be a native English speaker should I ever have any problems with my property abroad.

Phoned to renew my Holiday Let insurance, very helpful and knowledgeable lady dealt with my request efficiently. She had to read out the usual T & Cs etc which is always a bit of a pain along with the detail of my insurance, but that actually made me realise I had an excess on the policy above the value of most of the things being covered! I adjusted this instantly with just a small increase in premium and renewed. One criticism is that I then got 3 identical confirmation emails!

My only complaint is that you appear to have given me wrong information about buying a house in France. I asked the lady if she knew at what stage of the house purchasing procedure, exchange of contracts or signing Deed of Sale, that I became responsible for insuring the property. She replied that people took out insurance when contracts are signed. I have learnt since that it is at the signing of the Deed of sale, so I have insured the property over a month too soon. Although it took 48hours to finally come up with a quotation (due to the need to consult your underwriting team) the service given was very good with regular contact to update on progress.

Once I had got t hrough, the person who helped me with the form was very helpful indeed. However, no-one phoned me back initially even though I had given them 45 minutes to do so. It is stated online that customers will be phoned back within 15 minutes... However, I am more than pleased with the sum quoted for insuring my holiday home in the UK so thank you.

Just put our holiday rental home with intasure. They gave us a policy that is tailor made for that purpose, consequently, in my opinion, it is better than the policy we had with Swinton and also 25% cheaper. It was really easy to get a quotation online by email then to tweek the policy by phone. All the documents arrived by email immediately so I could easily print the relevant bit off and read the rest. We don't have any experience of making a claim with Intasure but would expect them to be proficient at that also, due to their obvious knowledge of this sector.
