They were very very helpful and knew what they were talking about. They did call a few times, but that is what I needed, a push to get the plan started. After just moving to a rented property, it was on my list of things to do, but got delayed. They assisted and I got the needed insurance. I think this should be compulsory when renting! Takes your mind off worrying about damages and this website was very professional and I would recommend them. Plus have a choice to reduce your excess, which I liked.

I queried the renewal premium as I had 2 alternative quotes which were a bi cheaper and basically for a similar cover.After only a few questions and answers your telephone representative persuaded me to proceed with you at a reduced premium quote.

The chap I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful, explaining things as he went along, did not talk at 100mph as some call centre employees do, hence making it easy for me to understand the details of the proposed policy even before I got the e mail with all the relevant details.

I found dealing with Natasha Miles at Intasure quite easy and she was most helpful on the points I needed clarified. The explanations I was given regarding the type of insurance I needed were explicit. Natasha did not hurry me at any time (although I am sure she must have been bored at times!) and went through my requirements in detail. I have absolutely no problem in confirming I was dealt with courteously, efficiently and pleasantly during a rather protracted telephone call.

I had tried to renew my policy online on the renewal day but there was no way to do this. I rang to find out why and was told that "my policy is due to renew today, but if I want to renew my policy online then I must do so on the day before my renewal day because on the renewal day the system won't let me do it". Your operative didn't seem to appreciate how silly this was! So with inconvenience to both myself and your operative we proceeded to carryout the renewal verbally. This malfunction warrants a review (at best) of poor.
