“I have been using Quote Desk - Intasure for many years and have had the same problem each year! This year again I had the same problem of your advisors not being able to understand your policies. This year was beyond all realm's of customer satisfaction and politeness. When I explained to the advisor Eric what I believed I was covered for he told me I was not covered for this. I explained that I had experienced the same problem each year and he responded by saying that I had not as I was not covered, so I'm lying now am I ?????? I was completely devastated with his attitude and I refusal to look into the policy properly, so I politely said ok and put the phone down. 10 minutes later my husband received a very apologetic call from Eric saying that he had spoken to the underwriters and they had advised him that I was correct and the policy covered me for 250 sitters. I have since spoken to Eric and he has apologised, but I do feel that it shouldn't have happened in the first place.”

“We have insured our home in Cyprus for nine years and have indeed recommended your company to numerous people in Pissouri. We were however disappointed to be told by relatives that their new policy had better benefits such as higher value insured and less excess to pay which actually cost less than our premium. After phoning your office prior to renewal we were told that the excess on our policy of £250 was standard to all policies which I knew was not the case as our relatives had £50 excess. This was changed but feel we have been overcharged in the past as we had no reason to believe that we were not being given a fair renewal each year. Our relatives house is four houses away and infact is three bedrooms where ours is two. Very disappointed.”

“I've never had any problems with this insurance company. This year my insurance could not be automatically renewed as my card details had been changed and I had forgotten to pass the new details on. Intasure waited as long as they could and then contacted me which I appreciated. They also made sure that everything was covered properly.”
