generally a fuss free renewal service and concistent value. However the back up paperwork seems excessive.

As I am not very IT savvy and had difficulty accessing my renewal documents on line I called the customer care line who were most helpful and sorted out all my problems, explaining things in a very easy to understand way. I understand that e mail contact can be quick and efficient but it is reassuring that I can speak directly to one of your staff if I prefer. Great quote, great service. However, if someone says they are going to phone to pay and commence the insurance cover, don't keep phoning up to 3 times a day!

I have five policies with Intersure. Always a good service - I always ask for a discount, shame the company does not offer without me asking considering the amount of business I have with them.

My only concern is that when the representative goes through details over the phone it is done at break-neck speed so if any applicant is elderly it's really difficult to take everything onboard. I understand you have targets to meet but please can people speak more slowly.

I favour Intershaw because they always stick to my request and deal with my requirements efficiently and with speed. They also maintain a reasonable increase in price from year to year, unlike some other insurance companies. I would therefore recommend them to another person as being reasonable and easy to deal with. Thankyou

Good follow up to queries, always call back when asked. Only suggestion would be a facility to renew the policy on line..... Living overseas with a time difference I find it inconvenient to have to arrange a phone call to make payment

I have used Intasure for my home insurance and found them very helpful. I have amended the policy 3 times due to circumstances e.g moving house and renting out the property and they have always made the change within minutes with no issues or charges. Great service and always on the end of the phone for any changes needed. Thank you, Jessica Waring

This year there was a problem with my credit card. I am still uncertain as to whether it was the fault of the credit card company or Intasure. It was finally resolved after a whole morning of phone calls to the credit card company and Intasure. It was the third call to Intasure when it was finally resolved. There should have been no problem as it was the same card as used in two previous years. Fortunately the third person restored my faith, renewed my policy and I shall be staying with Intasure and I hope to be able to give the same score next time as in 2014!!!!!
