The sales representative was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions, and then pointed out a few things that I'd not considered. Not pushy at all, I got the impression nothing was too much trouble. I had to amend a small detail on the policy within the first 24hrs, again the customer service was second to none. I needed the amended policy very quickly for my solicitor, it was with them 4 minutes after I called. Fantastic service. Thanks Barry Haresign Castleford

It would be useful to have a direct side by side comparison of any changes from year to year, or after amendments, to enable the customer to quick-check differences, and assess suitability.

Generally I have found Intasure an easy company to contact and the one claim we had made (against us - liability...) was seamlessly sorted out by them. Usually we pay by installment which attracts a payment surcharge (as it does with most insurance companies, so am not going to complain) - however, this year I decided to pay in one go. I was HUGELY angered to find out that there was a 2.5% surcharge for ANY payment method!! So that's debit card, credit card or bank transfer. In other words 2.5% is ALWAYS going to be added to the bill if you pay as a lump sum, so it ISN'T a surcharge it's just a standard charge. It's one of those really annoying things that is making me think twice about renewing with them.

Very efficient service. fast and easy to renew insurance. Would like a no claims type bonus as insurance expensive but this is the norm for the insurance industry.

18/12/15 Despite asking, by e-mail, for a receipt for the premium on my insurance policy, paid by debit-card on the 17/12/15: I have as yet received no receipt - just another set of Policy documents. Please send Premium receipt as soon as possible C.J. Lee

Great service. Price was also best I received. I wish I had have found Intasure at the start of my process. I tried numerous insurance companies and many wouldn't cover a ski property, some wouldn't cover an apartment in a block and most won't cover abroad. Would strongly recommend Intasure. Hopefully I'll never have to use them!

We finally decided on taking up your offer as we were out of time searching for a suitable renewal policy. Your service is fast at organizing and taking the payment but you fall flat on your face at responding to your emails. We emailed you twice to inquire about a couple of the clauses which gave us concern within the 14 day cooling off period: 1. admin@intasure.com date: 4 December 2015 at 11:49 2. Your website form , callback: 9:28am 8th Dec 2015 Unfortunately we never received any replies. We are left feeling God for bid we ever need to make a claim! Without prejudice stuart

The full policy wording I was originally printed off the web site weren't 100% the same as those the agent referred to during one of our early conversations, so the agent emailed me a PDF of the wording she was referring to. Aside from having to re-read the whole document again, it wasn't great having to pay to print off another 66 pages. Not everyone has a home printer. Other than that the service from the agents was great.

Ive been with intasure for a few years now, they offer an efficient and professional service. You can speak to them on the phone easily and in the UK! They take the hassle out of an essential service.

First time I called I was cut-off when I went through to the extension, however, second time was picked up immediately. Very efficiently dealt with for my increases in policy cover, but some hesitation in confirming precise details of specific policy limit. Overall no problem.

Staff were helpful and the renewal of my landlord insurance was quick and simple. Intasure have provided my cover for 3 years now without any problems although I have not had any cause to make a claim.
