“I appreciated the fact that someone phoned me to remind me that I hadn't responded to your renewal reminder, sent by email, which I had overlooked in the run up to Christmas. The operator was thorough but pleasant in helping me to renew over the phone.”

“I switched from Axa France for our holiday home insurance as I will be speaking to English agents should a claim occur. The premium was the same. However, I hope that this was not an introductory premium. If there is a significant rise next year, I will return to Axa who maintain a sensible status quo.”

“My Letting Agent recommended that I should contact Intasure after I had received very poor service from my previous insurer. I am so pleased they did as it was so easy to go through the process with Intasure's very helpful, efficient and friendly adviser. Although the premium is slightly higher than my previous insurer I feel much more confident now, knowing Intasure's reputation and experience.”

“I promised one of Intasure's Team Leaders (Carly Moore) before Christmas that I would provide my feedback on Customer Service and whilst I had to 'gee' them up a little before proceeding with this response, I have to say, having insured my property in Crete with Intasure over the last 9/10 years, I have always been completely satisfied with the attention I have received from successive Advisers - so much so that I've recommended a number of friends who've subsequently bought properties in the area, to Intasure.”

“Service is usually pretty good for renewals - fortunately I haven't needed to make a claim so can't comment on how good that part of the service is. Would like to see loyalty better rewarded and perhaps other policies as alternatives.”
