“I was contacted when the insurance was due, and dealt quickly on the telephone. However I did enquire regarding our car insurance in Cyprus, and you were unable to help with this enquiry.”

“After receiving an email regarding my holiday home insurance renewal, I got on the phone straight away to renew my policy, it was done quickly and easily, no problem. Everything was explained in full. A first class service was given. Thanks for your help, I would definitely recommend your company to family and friends.”

“I initially tried to log on to the portal to renew my policy without success. I was subsequently informed that there were technical difficulties with the site preventing me from logging on. However, I was very impressed with the email reminders and phone calls from Intasure to follow up why I hadn't yet renewed. All handled very efficiently and politely on the telephone and documentation emailed to me promptly. Well done Intasure but would very much like the Internet portal login process to be sorted out.”

“The process was quick and pretty much as expected. As I am already an Intasure customer there were no surprises. I did have a slight quibble - the subsidence claim excess of £2,500 seemed, excuse the pun, excessive given that my other property, which is already insured with Intasure, doesn't have the same excess and is just around the corner!”

“Always very helpful, but I do not care for the number of times I get contacted after receiving the renewal emails, admittedly, once asked to stop phoning you do, but a reminder 7 days before if I have not already renewed would be sufficient. Thanks”
