“I am disappointed with the information I received .... I have always paid my insurance at the start of the year, as I may be selling my property I asked to pay monthly by direct debit, I set this up over the phone with an advisor which seemed to be easy enough until I received an email from Premium Credit Company which I wasn't told about and didn't like the idea of. I cancelled that and paid the year in advance. Apparently I should have been told that a normal Direct Debit with the Bank isn't good enough ! They use a Credit Company.”

“Have been using this company to insure my holiday home since it was purchased. Had a few problems with it over the years but always felt I was being dealt with efficiently and respectfully when I have contacted them. I can only recommend them as I have nothing negative to say about them even the cost of their insurance is favourably priced too.”

“Overall , we as a club are quite pleased with Intasure. However , we would like to record our slight dissatisfaction at this years annual increase, which is double that of the previous year. Even the transaction processing charge increased this year by £2.61, compared to the previous years increase of just 15p. What is the reason for these increases? We would value your explanation please”
