“I experienced a number of problems with the portal. Initially I found it hard to access when I eventually overcame that I found it impossible to make a payment or change the direct debit instructions. Eventually I had to give up and do all the relevant transactions via the phone.”

“The lady who called me was persistent enough to get the business and was professional on the phone and was attentive, bright and self confident. However from a commercial point of view. I do not understand how I can have 3 years no claims on very expensive insurance and then receive a higher quotation than the previous year. This aspect makes staying with one company an irrelevance and therefore gives clients like me an option to go with the cheapest quote as there is no motivation to do otherwise.”

“Showed they wanted my business by following up their confirmation email personal liability quote the following day and rang again as requested (1hr later) after l'd had time to gather further quotes. Providing them with the most valued and fortunately cheapest quote, their caller endeavoured to match specified aspects and after checking with the insurance underwriter did just that; a big plus, expecting the need to adjust/change my cover periodically throughout the year (well, hopefully, due to growth) l discovered they do not charge any admin' fees for policy changes. Summery; cheapest, efficient, good attention to detail, helpful and easy to deal with. Peter”

“I have never made a claim to date so I cannot comment on that part of the insurance or service. But exceptionally quick response when you phone up,and a extremely courteous and professional service offered via phone for renewals and questions etc.”
