“Easy to deal with, helpful staff. Never had to make a claim but hope the same level of helpfulness would apply. 3rd.party liability very good cover in comparison with Cypriot insurers.”

“I own a holiday home in Spain and lead a busy life in the UK. I found trying to insure it quite tiresome until someone recommended Intasure. They have covered me for some years now and have been really efficient in all my dealings with them - guidance around some storm damage, paying renew premiums. They are always friendly, efficient and professional. They do it for me. They take the hassle out of what could easily be a very time consuming activity. Well done Intasure”

“We have found Intasure to be a very professional and reliable company to deal with indeed. They send out an emailed renewal quote well in advance of the renewal date and even follow this up with personal telephone calls by, in our case, the very nice Lucinda, who was lovely to talk to and gave us that little extra reminder to renew the policy in good time, which we did over the phone. All in all we are extrememly satisfied with the service we have received during the past few years.”

“I decided to go with Intasure because compared with the quotes for the same cover the comparison sites never bettered Intasures. It even come out joint top in the "Which survey" for Liability cover. Sales support is good and they use UK call centres.”

“I had reason to email the company and received a very prompt and satisfactory reply. I also had to telephone the company and again had my queries answered satisfactorily, as a result of which I had no hesitation in renewing our policy. I have fortunately never had to claim on our policy, but my experiences of the company thus far have been always been positive.”

“Spoke to two people. Both friendly, polite and knowledgable. First person took me through the quote process for an Italian holiday home and was excellent. The quote was so reasonable (half of what I paid a local agent) I took it without shopping around, which is unlike me. The lady I subsequently spoke to was also good. I had decided to add contents and she took me through the upgrade. Again a good price. Your training of the staff comes through. I think the man's name was Lucjan but I didn't record the lady's name.”
