“Have found that Intasure are extremely helpful and reply very promptly to emails/internet questions etc In fact in most cases have had a telephone call back within an hour of sending email. I have found over the years that I have used Intasure that I have had no problems with renewing the insurance, particularily when I have not been in the country at time of renewal.”

“The person on the phone answered all my questions and was friendly and efficient. The policy met all my requirements and some I didn't even realise I needed ! Happy with the price too !”

“A very pleasant lady on the phone worked her way through the questions quickly and clearly. So, buying was a good experience. I hope I wont need to call the claims line but, should I need to, I trust the experience will be equally pleasant. Very good so far but I haven't tested things at the sharp end.”

“Excellent customer service, friendly and professional. I e-mailed a question to Intasure and within minutes I had a phone call from them asking if they could help. My questions were answered without reference to any other third party and the transaction I required was completed efficiently. It makes a pleasant change to get service like this.”

“I have not encountered any problems when renewing our house insurance. The customer services representative I spoke to when last renewing the policy was able to give me a reduced quote from that quoted on line which was appreciated and very helpful.”
