Renewal was easy and straightforward. The phone was answered promptly and the female respondee was very patient when my phone was unhelpful. I'm very happy with my premium.

I was very happy with the service given by Customer Service/Sales. My policy was explained very thorough and payment was made very easy. I was happy with the quote and service and very friendly staff.

There was a problem with my card which had been updated. However I was not informed of this until late in the morning and again in the afternoon. As I was extremely busy at the time I missed the first phone call and refused the second thinking that it was yet another cold caller. It was not until the evening that I found that there was an email. As this was about six o'clock on a Saturday there was nothing I could do about it and my house was uninsured from midnight on the Saturday until the Monday morning. The young lady I dealt with on the Monday was extremely helpful and efficient but she did say that there would have been an email before eleven o'clock. I have since checked my spam and trash boxes and cannot find any email. I think that more time should be given to allow such problems to be sorted. I would like to apologise to Adreinne for being rude to her but I am frequently disturbed by cold callers and she rang at a particularly difficult time. As it happened no damage has been done but I feel that more noctice

Quick, friendly and competent service when taking out the house insurance policy over the phone, and competitive rates, too. I have not had any cause to make a claim on the insurance and hopefully will never have to, so I cannot comment on that side of things.

Tried lots of companies to get a cheaper price but Intasure were the best as they didn't insist on lots of exclusions. I am in a flood risk area but wasn't flooded and Intasure were the only ones who listened.

Too much info to process quickly over the phone. Confused as to whether policy had altered since previous year. Would have been better to just be told the changes and that's it. Otherwise the personal side good.
