“Friendly & efficient. Gave a quote and followed up before the quotation expiry date. Were quite happy to learn that I was not ready to take up the insurance and phoned back on the date that I requested them to (twice!). Answered my queries and gave me what I wanted at a good price.”

“From requesting a quote to buying the insurance cover was soo easy. A pleasing experience. Most of all I could actually talk it through with your excellent member of staff. Will be recommending you to our friends. As people of a certain age do not like completing forms on line. 11 out of 10”

“I found the staff very helpful and very responsive. They answered all my queries quickly and arranged the quote in good time. The quote was excellent and I have taken the policy. My only slight criticism is that some of the detail of between I got and what I wanted is a little vague following my discussions and I could have done with more clarity. However I was rushing the adviser so this is probably down to me.”

“very efficient service - rang exactly on the date and time discussed. Documents emailed shortly afterwards. Very friendly service - I think the young lady's name was Vicky - couldn't do enough to help without being pushy - impressed with the service.”
